Welcome to Submit Nature Photos, a nature photo gallery dedicated to showcasing beautiful photography to the world. This is not a stock photo website, and images are not intended for public download.
By uploading a photo, you agree to the following terms and data practices.
1. Terms and Conditions
Ownership: You guarantee that you are the original creator and owner of the photo, or you have explicit permission from the owner to submit it.
Sharing & Liability: By uploading, you agree to share your photo publicly with the world. Because the internet is open, the website owner cannot control how others act and is not responsible if a photo is stolen, copied, or misused by third parties.
Submission Rules:
- Photos must strictly feature nature. Subjects such as architecture, and people are not allowed.
- Photos must fit into one of the provided categories. Failure to follow this rule will result in the photo being rejected.
- Photos must be high quality, properly oriented and aligned, with no visible hands and fingers on it.
- If your photo has watermark, make sure it is in an outer edge or corner to not disturb the subject visually.
- Add relevent title. Title must not include business and personal name.
- No AI-generated images are allowed.
Moderation: All submissions are manually reviewed. Submit Nature Photos reserves the right to approve or reject any photo at its discretion. In some occassions, the administrator may edit the title, category and device information for better optimization.
Portfolio Link: In return for sharing your art with the gallery, you are welcome to include a link to your personal portfolio to promote your work.
Content Removal: To request the removal of a previously uploaded photo, please email the webmaster at hello@submitnaturephotos.com.
2. Privacy Policy
Submit Nature Photos believes in keeping data safe and being transparent about what is collected.
- Information Collected: Submitting a photo requires providing a name, email address, the device used to take the photo, and a category. A portfolio link may be provided optionally.
- Date Protection: All collected data from users are not shared or sold to any third parties.
- System Data: IP addresses are automatically collected, and the associated country is determined based on that IP address for security and gallery display purposes.
- Emails & Newsletters: By providing an email address, you agree to receive marketing emails, photography tips, and tutorials. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided at the bottom of these emails.
- Data Storage & Deletion: If a photo is successfully approved and later deleted, the photo and its associated data are removed from the database entirely. If a photo is rejected during moderation, it is only stored temporarily before being deleted.
- Analytics & Pixels: This website uses analytics and pixels to track the number of visitors and for marketing purposes.
- Ads & Affiliates: The website may display ads or affiliate recommendations.
3. GDPR Compliance (Your Rights)
Residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) have specific rights regarding personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Right to Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data held about you.
- Right to be Forgotten: You can request the permanent deletion of your personal information and photos from the servers at any time.
- Consent: By using the upload form, you explicitly consent to the collection and processing of data as described on this page.
